Due to the recent changes in US law, as of August 29th all US orders will be charged tax duty fees. These fees have been automatically added into shipping prices.

Any extra payments you may be liable for are the responsibility of the customer. You will not be entitled to a refund or replacement if your package is siezed due to unpaid fees.

The US is currently excluded from any shipping discounts / promotions.

All pieces are handmade to order and therefore have a processing time.

I aim to ship all orders within 7 days, however this may vary depending on the workload I currently have.

All UK orders are shipped via ROYALMAIL on a 48Hour tracked service. This is to ensure your order arrives to you safely and in a timely manner.

International orders are shipped via ROYALMAIL tracked service to ensure your order arrives safely. Shipping times vary depending on your country with mainland Europe being 3-10 Days, Canada 7-12 Days & Australia 10-20 Days.

Any taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are decided by each individual country and charged upon delivery.

Unfortunately International orders can not be shipped on a faster service.

All packaging used in your order is eniterly recycable. From plastic free tapes, to water based paper stickers, you can relax in knowing your order wont be harmful to the environment.

All sales are final and non refundable.

Resizing & repairs are free of charge, however you are responsible to cover the cost to ship the piece back to me & I will cover the cost to send it back.

If your piece is damaged beyond repair (gemstone damage, discontinued features etc) you may be offered an exchange or gift card credit.
